New photos from Limited Release Single Origin cuppings, December 2009.

The newly launched single origin cuppings have been met with resounding success.  All attendees actively participated in the cupping of the limited released single origin Guatemalan and Costa Rican coffees.  Head Roaster, Paul Newbold discussed each origin, working through cupping protocols for the uninitiated, the cupping score sheet and the characteristics unique to both origins.  Sounds of appreciative slurping (to coat the palate!) resonated through the roastery as attendees tasted the stunning Guatemala El Injerto and Costa Rica Sin Limites origins.
